Where is Sherwood Forest Apartments located?
We’re located at 630 Robinhood Dr, Reno, NV 89509—just minutes from Virginia Lake, Midtown, and Downtown Reno.
What is the neighborhood like?
Quiet, walkable, and conveniently located near dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment. Enjoy the balance of peaceful living with urban access.
Is this location commuter-friendly?
Yes, we’re close to public transit options and major roadways including I-580, making your commute smooth and easy.
What amenities are offered?
We offer a variety of community amenities including two seasonal swimming pools, a gated entrance with on-site security, assigned parking, a 24-hour emergency maintenance service, and an on-site rental office. Visit our Amenities page for full details.
What are some in-unit features?
Each apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, double-pane windows, a dishwasher, and is cable-ready. Visit our Amenities page for full details.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes. All apartments are equipped with both heating and air conditioning.
Is there off-street parking?
Yes. Assigned resident parking and guest parking spots are available within the community.
Is laundry included in the unit?
Yes. Every apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Is this property pet-friendly?
Absolutely! We’re pet-friendly and happy to welcome up to two pets per apartment.
What are the income and rental requirements?
Applicants must earn at least 2.5x the monthly rent (3x for co-signers) and have 12 months of good rental history in the past 2 years. First-time renters can qualify with a co-signer or by earning 3x the rent and paying one month’s rent as a deposit. For more details, please check our full criteria on the Apartments page.
How do I apply?
You can apply online through our Apartments page by selecting your preferred unit.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. Each adult (18 or older) must submit a separate application, along with a non-refundable $100 application fee per person.
Once approved, a $250 holding deposit is required in person within 48 hours to secure your unit. Our team will reach out with the next steps!
